OPEN HOUSES. Hosting them has been a big part of my weekends for years. In early March it seemed prudent to stop hosting them. CMHC Changes as of JULY 1

Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) has announced some changes that will take place July 1, 2020.
