Whether buying or selling with me, I will continue to use all digital and technological means currently available. Any perspective buyer of your home will have first seen your place online. Once consulting with their agent and establishing they are legitimate buyers, a private showing of your home will then be booked. Strict protocols will be followed and enforced. My commitment, whether buying or selling, to be personally present for ALL showings remains.
